Designed to reflect the distinct personalities of its residents, the home balances individuality with a cohesive aesthetic. A shared design language ties together its five bedrooms, expansive balconies, a library, and intimate lounging spaces.
The lower level serves as the social nucleus, with interconnected living and dining areas flowing into a wood-panelled bar – a nod to the home’s warm material palette. A sculptural winding staircase leads to the private upper floor, housing the master bedrooms and a cozy family lounge.
The thoughtful use of wood, celebrated through intricate details and versatile applications across spaces, serves as another standout feature in the home. Looking into the library through the living space. An eclectic collection of artifacts adorns interesting corners in the house.
The living room and library are separated from the entrance corridor by sliding folding shutters infilled with fluted glass. The flooring mosaic in the corridor is a pattern of Marble, Quartzite and Wood.
The shelves of the library are detailed out of Teak veneer, with a green stained Oak veneer back panel. The flooring features are herringbone stained Oak.
The stained oak skirting trickles on to the floor to form a border to hold the Oro Arabascato marble. The carved wooden handrail gracefully curves into itself, creating a more pronounced ripple effect in both the treads and the band.

The sculptural curve of the staircase frames the hanging lights.
The bar shutters and counter are crafted from teak wood, featuring chamfered coffers and topped with a dark travertine surface.
The master bathroom is a symphony in Carrara marble with hints of black in the vanity, bathtub and the grouting.
The fluted teak paneling transitions from the bedroom into the bathroom, complemented by carrara marble.
The room’s green hues carry into the bathroom through a bookmatched marble that surrounds the bathtub, while wooden fluting maintains the design theme seen throughout the house.
